NEW MENU DROP
We’ve just dropped a new cocktail menu, "The Bartender’s Diary," and it’s as unapologetic as it gets. No gimmicks, no fads—just solid drinks that reflect where we’ve been and where we’re going.
This menu takes cue from a Bartender's black book. Flip through one and you'll see a beautiful canvas of cocktail recipes, spills, and tipsy sketches.
We've curated a list of cocktails to soothe your soul, and a couple of twists to wet your toe.

RAHASYA
You’ll have to order just with your sense of smell.
Announcing “The Drunk Nose” collaboration with Rahasya Fragrances, a special menu without a menu; of cocktails paired with three unique scents: one seasonal and two staple.
Scent is just as important as taste, both work hand in hand to shape our perception of flavours in food and drinks. Inhaling aromas activates part of the brain that enhances our taste, making every sip feel richer and more vibrant.
A different way of pairing, for the experience-seekers.
First homegrown fragrance house to be stocked at Amaris Paragon, Rahasya is a niche fragrance brand on a mission to represent new age India in its scents- one that is bold, youthful, modern and vibrant.
