We’ve just dropped a new cocktail menu, "The Bartender’s Diary," and it’s as unapologetic as it gets. No gimmicks, no fads—just solid drinks that reflect where we’ve been and where we’re going.

This menu takes cue from a Bartender's black book. Flip through one and you'll see a beautiful canvas of cocktail recipes, spills, and tipsy sketches.

We've curated a list of cocktails to soothe your soul, and a couple of twists to wet your toe.

Dive into the bold world of RAPPU-giri — a pop-up by Singapore’s OG handroll bar, RAPPU, happening at Stay Gold Flamingo.

Think crispy rice buns lined with seaweed, loaded with bold Japanese toppings — fast-casual Japanese dining at its most crave-worthy.

Food by Rappu, drinks by Flamingo - Both alcoholic and non-alcohol versions, designed to complement the food, with a Japanese flair.
