ABOUT US

Situated within the CBD enclave of Amoy Street, Stay Gold Flamingo is a cocktail bar fronted by a coffee & wine bar.

Founded by next-gen local bartenders Jerrold Khoo & Bai JiaWei of prominent backgrounds, Stay Gold Flamingo was carved as a Third Place for the community in celebration of life, drinks, and music. In short, we want to invigorate the jaded; reminding people to stay gold in a fast-paced world we are living in.

A blend of Japanese-American bartending, the latest cocktail menu Bartender’s Diary Vol. 2: The Mixtape, brings back old favourites from past menu, funky new R&Ds, and remastered classics. Our wine bar focuses on tasty wines from lesser known wine regions, complemented with small plates. Our coffee programme is serious - fuels the weekday rush, chill for the weekenders, with our signature Sando and Bento lunch menu.
