    CHEF DE PARTIE

    Available positions

    1 x Full time (Singaporean/PR/WP only)

    You are responsible for:

    • Preparing ingredients for daily operations, ensure that the station is well set up for rush hour

    • Manage the station and ensure that all equipments are well-maintained

    • Assist the sous chef and head chef in preparation of food

    • Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment

    • Assist the sous chef and head chef in ideation or creation of new menu additions

    • Adhere to standardised protocols set by the head chef

    Salary & Entitlements
